Pharmacy Processing & Shipping Liability & Consent Policy

This policy governs all transactions processed through Liv Healthy Weight Loss and its affiliated pharmacy partners. By placing an order, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

Refunds

While all products are non-refundable, we understand that issues may arise during shipping or delivery. If you experience any of the following:

How We Handle Refund Requests

Each case will be reviewed individually by our team. Based on the circumstances, we may issue either:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days of approval. The credited amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:

If you need to cancel your consultation or prescription, please be aware that cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your request. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel after your consultation has been completed but before the pharmacy begins processing and shipping your prescription. If you cancel after your prescription has been written and the pharmacy has already started processing your order, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. These fees help cover the administrative costs and healthcare provider time already invested in your care.
